We accept card payments and bank transfers. Payment is due at the time of your appointment — no surprises, no hidden costs.
Our Services & Pricing
Initial Assessment
A comprehensive assessment of your child's communication needs, including a detailed report with findings and recommendations. We'll discuss goals and create a tailored therapy plan together.
Therapy Sessions
Regular therapy sessions tailored to your child's goals. Sessions can be 30 or 45 minutes depending on your child's age and needs. We offer flexible scheduling to work around your family's routine.
Reports & Documentation
Written reports for schools, paediatricians, or other professionals involved in your child's care. Progress reports are also available to track your child's development over time.
Consultations & Reviews
School visits, classroom observations, and collaborative meetings with teachers or other professionals can be arranged. We also offer parent coaching sessions to support your child's progress at home.
Our fees are competitive and in line with Speech Pathology Australia recommended rates. We're happy to discuss pricing for your specific situation.

Do I need a referral?

What's the cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee, as the session time has been reserved specifically for your child.
Can I claim through Medicare, NDIS, or private health?
We are not a Medicare, NDIS, or private health fund registered provider. We are a private-pay practice only.
